Korean BBQ Chicken Recipes


Korean BBQ Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 20 oz (or 1/2 of a 40 oz clubstore box) Crazy Cuizine Korean BBQ Chicken (frozen)
1 Bag (9 oz) Oriental Vegetable Mix (or equivalent)
1 Tablespoon Canola or Vegetable Oil
Rice (Minute Rice or other)



Directions:

Heat 1 Tablespoon of Oil over High Heat

Add Korean BBQ Chicken and Stir Fry for 6-8 Minutes

Add Vegetable Mix – Stir Fry until Vegetable are crisp and tender (but bright in color)

Add Crazy Cuizine Korean BBQ Sauce from box and toss to blend (1-2 minutes)

Serve with Rice

Korean BBQ Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 20 oz (or 1/2 of a 40 oz clubstore box) Crazy Cuizine Korean BBQ Chicken (frozen)
16 Corn Tortillas
4 Cups finely sliced Cabbage
3 Cups Pico de Gallo Salsa (or a good spicy salsa)
2 Cups Sour Cream



Directions:

Bake Crazy Cuizine Chicken for 18 minutes at 400 degrees (per cooking instructions on box)

Once cooked and cooled, cut chicken pieces into slices

Place Chicken, Pico de Gallo Salsa, Cabbage, and Sour Cream into Warm Tortilla

Korean BBQ Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 20 oz (or 1/2 of a 40 oz clubstore box) Crazy Cuizine Korean BBQ Chicken (frozen)
2 Green Bell Peppers (cut into pieces)
2 Red Bell Peppers (cut into pieces)
1 Large Onion (cut into pieces)
8-10 Skewers (pre-soak wooden ones in water for 20 minutes before using)



Directions:

Defrost chicken just enough to skewer chicken pieces

Alternate pieces on each skewer – piece of Chicken, Green Bell Pepper, Red Bell Pepper, and Onion until skewers are full

Heat grill to medium and cook Kebab Skewers for 10-12 minutes – until fully cooked – brushing generously with the Korean BBQ sauce (included in Crazy Cuizine box) while cooking

Serve with Cooked Rice or other Side Dishes
