Mandarin Orange Chicken Salad with Orange Dijon Sauce

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 22 oz (or equivalent portion of clubstore 42 - 66 oz size box) Crazy Cuizine Mandarin Orange Chicken (frozen)
4 Golden Delicious Apples (cored and cut into large pieces)
8 Cups Baby Spinach Leaves
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Cup crumbled Goat Cheese
6 oz Mandarin Orange Sauce (included in Crazy Cuizine box)
1 ½ tablespoon Dijon Mustard
¾ teaspoon chopped Garlic



Directions:

Bake Crazy Cuizine Chicken for 18 minutes at 400 degrees (per cooking instructions on box)
While baking, mix Apple pieces, Spinach, Walnuts, and Goat Cheese together (Apple Mix)
Also while baking, mix Mandarin Orange Sauce, Dijon Mustard, and Garlic together (Sauce Mix)
When Chicken is cooked, toss with Apple Mix and Sauce Mix – and serve

Teriyaki Chicken & Pineapple Pizza

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 20 oz (or 1/2 of a 38 - 40 oz clubstore box) Crazy Cuizine Teriyaki Chicken (frozen)
1 15oz Can Pineapple Chunks
1 Boboli Pizza Crust
1 small Sweet Onion (thinly sliced)
1 Cup shredded Four Cheese Mexican Blend
1 Cup crumbled Feta Cheese (optional)



Directions:

Cook Teriyaki Chicken on stovetop for 6 minutes until cooked, then add Teriyaki Sauce (saving a few ounces) and cook for 1 additional minute (per cooking instructions on the box) – then cut into bite size pieces

Brush Boboli Pizza Crust with a thin layer of Teriyaki Sauce

Add a layer of Onion, then Four Cheese Mexican Blend

Top with Chicken Pieces and Pineapple Chunks

Then Bake for 10 Minutes in Oven, or until Cheese is bubbly and slightly browned

Korean BBQ Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 20 oz (or 1/2 of a 40 oz clubstore box) Crazy Cuizine Korean BBQ Chicken (frozen)
16 Corn Tortillas
4 Cups finely sliced Cabbage
3 Cups Pico de Gallo Salsa (or a good spicy salsa)
2 Cups Sour Cream



Directions:

Bake Crazy Cuizine Chicken for 18 minutes at 400 degrees (per cooking instructions on box)

Once cooked and cooled, cut chicken pieces into slices

Place Chicken, Pico de Gallo Salsa, Cabbage, and Sour Cream into Warm Tortilla

Sweet Chili Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 20 oz (or 1/3 clubstore 60 oz size box) Crazy Cuizine Sweet Chili Chicken (frozen)
8 Flour Tortillas (or more)
3 Tomatoes (sliced)
1 Small Onion (red or yellow)
Mayonnaise
1 Large Avocado (sliced)
Romaine Lettuce (1 head or equivalent)



Directions:

Bake Crazy Cuizine Chicken for 18 minutes at 400 degrees (per cooking instructions on box)

Warm the tortillas (microwave or other)

Coat each tortilla with a thin layer of mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado

Add chicken and sauce and roll into a wrap

Mongolian Beef, Broccoli, & Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 oz (or 1/2 clubstore 40 oz size box) Crazy Cuizine Mongolian Beef (frozen)
1 Broccoli Crown (or the equivalent)
1 Medium size Onion (cut into strips)
1 bag Egg Noodles (8oz)



Directions:

Place contents of Mongolian Beef bag onto a baking sheet & bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees

While baking beef, cook Noodles in a large pot of water until tender (follow instructions on noodle bag)

Once cooked, drain noodles well, return to pot, and add 1 teaspoon of oil to coat

At the same time, add 1 teaspoon of oil into large fry pan, and saute Broccoli & Onion for 6 minutes

Add the Mongolian Beef sauce (included in Crazy Cuizine box) to Vegetables and cook 1 more minute

Finally, turn off the heat for the fry pan, and combine Beef, Vegetables, and Sauce – stir well
