Orange Chicken with Vegetables over Rice

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 22 oz (or equivalent portion of clubstore 42 - 66 oz size box) Crazy Cuizine Mandarin Orange Chicken (frozen)
1 bag or box of Frozen (preferably oriental – but any kind will do) Vegetable Mix
Rice (Minute Rice or other)



Directions:

Bake Crazy Cuizine Chicken for 18 minutes at 400 degrees (per cooking instructions on box)

While baking, heat 1 teaspoon of oil and stir fry Vegetables in a fry pan for 3-4 minutes

Then add cooked Chicken and Sauce to Vegetables – and stir fry together for 1-2 minutes until warm

Serve over Cooked Rice

Mandarin Orange Chicken Salad with Orange Dijon Sauce

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 22 oz (or equivalent portion of clubstore 42 - 66 oz size box) Crazy Cuizine Mandarin Orange Chicken (frozen)
4 Golden Delicious Apples (cored and cut into large pieces)
8 Cups Baby Spinach Leaves
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Cup crumbled Goat Cheese
6 oz Mandarin Orange Sauce (included in Crazy Cuizine box)
1 ½ tablespoon Dijon Mustard
¾ teaspoon chopped Garlic



Directions:

Bake Crazy Cuizine Chicken for 18 minutes at 400 degrees (per cooking instructions on box)
While baking, mix Apple pieces, Spinach, Walnuts, and Goat Cheese together (Apple Mix)
Also while baking, mix Mandarin Orange Sauce, Dijon Mustard, and Garlic together (Sauce Mix)
When Chicken is cooked, toss with Apple Mix and Sauce Mix – and serve

Mandarin Orange Chicken “Dippers” (Appetizer)

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 22 oz (or equivalent portion of clubstore 42 - 66 oz size box) Crazy Cuizine Mandarin Orange Chicken (frozen)
1 ½ - 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Chopped Garlic



Directions:

Bake Crazy Cuizine Chicken for 18 minutes at 400 degrees (per cooking instructions on box)

Mix all 3 Sauce ingredients together

Put a toothpick in each piece of Chicken, dip them into the sauce, and ENJOY!

Teriyaki Chicken & Pineapple Pizza

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 20 oz (or 1/2 of a 38 - 40 oz clubstore box) Crazy Cuizine Teriyaki Chicken (frozen)
1 15oz Can Pineapple Chunks
1 Boboli Pizza Crust
1 small Sweet Onion (thinly sliced)
1 Cup shredded Four Cheese Mexican Blend
1 Cup crumbled Feta Cheese (optional)



Directions:

Cook Teriyaki Chicken on stovetop for 6 minutes until cooked, then add Teriyaki Sauce (saving a few ounces) and cook for 1 additional minute (per cooking instructions on the box) – then cut into bite size pieces

Brush Boboli Pizza Crust with a thin layer of Teriyaki Sauce

Add a layer of Onion, then Four Cheese Mexican Blend

Top with Chicken Pieces and Pineapple Chunks

Then Bake for 10 Minutes in Oven, or until Cheese is bubbly and slightly browned

Teriyaki Chicken Pita Pocket Sandwiches

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 20 oz (or 1/2 of a 38 - 40 oz clubstore box) Crazy Cuizine Teriyaki Chicken (frozen)
1 Bag Salad Mix (e.g. Spring Mix) OR Baby Spinach
1 Tomato (sliced)
½ Onion (thinly sliced) OR ½ Cup Green Onion (sliced)
1/3 Cup reduced fat Mayonnaise
4 Large Pita Breads (about 7 inches in diameter)
1 Teaspoon Olive or Cooking Oil



Directions:

Cook Teriyaki Chicken on stovetop for 6 minutes until cooked, then add Teriyaki Sauce (save a few ounces) and cook for 1 additional minute (per cooking instructions on the box) – then cut into bite size pieces

Then saute Onion in 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil

Combine Mayonnaise, Onion, and 2 Teaspoons of Teriyaki Sauce

Coat inside of Pita Half with Mayonnaise Mixture

Fill Pita’s with Chicken Pieces, Salad Mix, and Mayonnaise Mix

Teriyaki Chicken with Peppers & Noodles

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 20 oz (or 1/2 of a 38 - 40 oz clubstore box) Crazy Cuizine Teriyaki Chicken (frozen)
8 oz Soba Noodles
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil (or other Cooking Oil)
1 Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper (sliced)
½ Yellow Onion (sliced)



Directions:

Cook Noodles in large pot of boiling water until tender

Drain the noodles well

Cook Teriyaki Chicken on stovetop for 6 minutes or until hot, then add all of the Teriyaki Sauce and cook for 1 additional minute

In Separate fry pan on stovetop, heat 1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil over Medium Heat

Add Peppers and Onion and stir-fry until vegetables are tender (al dente)

Add Noodles and Teriyaki Sauce – and blend well with Chicken, Peppers and Onion

Korean BBQ Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 20 oz (or 1/2 of a 40 oz clubstore box) Crazy Cuizine Korean BBQ Chicken (frozen)
1 Bag (9 oz) Oriental Vegetable Mix (or equivalent)
1 Tablespoon Canola or Vegetable Oil
Rice (Minute Rice or other)



Directions:

Heat 1 Tablespoon of Oil over High Heat

Add Korean BBQ Chicken and Stir Fry for 6-8 Minutes

Add Vegetable Mix – Stir Fry until Vegetable are crisp and tender (but bright in color)

Add Crazy Cuizine Korean BBQ Sauce from box and toss to blend (1-2 minutes)

Serve with Rice

Korean BBQ Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 20 oz (or 1/2 of a 40 oz clubstore box) Crazy Cuizine Korean BBQ Chicken (frozen)
16 Corn Tortillas
4 Cups finely sliced Cabbage
3 Cups Pico de Gallo Salsa (or a good spicy salsa)
2 Cups Sour Cream



Directions:

Bake Crazy Cuizine Chicken for 18 minutes at 400 degrees (per cooking instructions on box)

Once cooked and cooled, cut chicken pieces into slices

Place Chicken, Pico de Gallo Salsa, Cabbage, and Sour Cream into Warm Tortilla

Korean BBQ Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 20 oz (or 1/2 of a 40 oz clubstore box) Crazy Cuizine Korean BBQ Chicken (frozen)
2 Green Bell Peppers (cut into pieces)
2 Red Bell Peppers (cut into pieces)
1 Large Onion (cut into pieces)
8-10 Skewers (pre-soak wooden ones in water for 20 minutes before using)



Directions:

Defrost chicken just enough to skewer chicken pieces

Alternate pieces on each skewer – piece of Chicken, Green Bell Pepper, Red Bell Pepper, and Onion until skewers are full

Heat grill to medium and cook Kebab Skewers for 10-12 minutes – until fully cooked – brushing generously with the Korean BBQ sauce (included in Crazy Cuizine box) while cooking

Serve with Cooked Rice or other Side Dishes

General Tso's Pizza With Apricots

Ingredients:

1 box  18-22 oz. Crazy cuizine general tso's chicken
1 15 oz. Can apricots, ( ligth syrup )
1 boboli pizza crust.
1 small sweet onion ( thinly sliced)
1 cup shredded four mexican blend cheese
1 green  and red bell pepper sliced          



Directions:

Bake crazy cuizine chicken for 18 minutes at 400 degrees (per cooking instructions on box) - then cut into bite size

Brush boboli pizza crust with thin layer of General Tso's sauce

Add four cheese Mexican blend cheese, green an red bell pepper, onion, apricot and chicken pieces

Bake for 10 minutes in oven, or until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

General Tso's Chicken With Pepper & Onions Over Rice

Ingredients:
  • 1 box crazy cuizine general tso's chicken
  • 3 bell pepper - ideally 1 each red, yellow, & green ( cut into pieces)
  • 1 medium onion ( cut into pieces)
  • 2 cups cooked rice.


Directions:

Bake crazy cuizine general tso's chicken for 18 minutes (per cooking instructions on box).

Heat one tablespoon oil and saute pepper and onions together for 3-4 minutes until tender, add general tso's sauce ( included in crazy cuisine box) to cooked Chicken and mix well.

Serve over cooked rice

General Tso's Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:

1 box 18-22 crazy cuizine general tso's chicken
8 flour tortillas
3 tomatoes (sliced)
1 small onion (sliced)
Mayonnaise
1 large avocado
romaine lettuce ( 1 head or equivalent)



Directions:

Bake crazy cuizine general tso's chicken at 400 degrees ( per cooking instructions on box)

Warm the tortilla (microwave or other) coat each tortilla a thin layer of mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato. Onion, avocado , chicken and sauce and roll into a wrap.

Sweet Chili Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 20 oz (or 1/3 clubstore 60 oz size box) Crazy Cuizine Sweet Chili Chicken (frozen)
8 Flour Tortillas (or more)
3 Tomatoes (sliced)
1 Small Onion (red or yellow)
Mayonnaise
1 Large Avocado (sliced)
Romaine Lettuce (1 head or equivalent)



Directions:

Bake Crazy Cuizine Chicken for 18 minutes at 400 degrees (per cooking instructions on box)

Warm the tortillas (microwave or other)

Coat each tortilla with a thin layer of mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado

Add chicken and sauce and roll into a wrap

Sweet Chili Chicken Appetizer Platter

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 20 oz (or 1/3 clubstore 60 oz size box) Crazy Cuizine Sweet Chili Chicken (frozen)
Cream Cheese 2oz
Buffalo Wings Hot Sauce (any brand) ½ oz or “to taste”



Directions:

Warm the Sweet Chili sauce (included in box of Crazy Cuizine Sweet Chili Chicken)

Add Cream Cheese and Buffalo Sauce to Chicken, and Mix Well

Sweet Chili Chicken Peppers & Onions over Rice

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 - 20 oz (or 1/3 clubstore 60 oz size box) Crazy Cuizine Sweet Chili Chicken (frozen)
3 Bell Peppers – ideally 1 each Red Bell Pepper, Yellow Bell Pepper, & Green Bell Pepper (cut into pieces)
1 Medium size Onion (cut into pieces)
2 Cups Cooked Rice



Directions:

Bake Crazy Cuizine Chicken for 18 minutes at 400 degrees (per cooking instructions on box)

Heat tablespoon of oil and saute peppers and onions together for 3-4 minutes until tender

Add Sweet Chili sauce (included in Crazy Cuizine box) to cooked chicken – and mix well

Serve over Cooked Rice

Mongolian Pepper Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

1 Box 18-22oz (or 1/2 clubstore 40oz size box) Crazy Cuizine Mongolian Beef (frozen)
8 oz White or Cremini Mushrooms (sliced)
1 Red Bell Pepper
3 Tablespoons Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill (minced)
2 Teaspoons Sherry Cooking Wine
1 bag Egg Noodles



Directions:

Thaw unopened sauce packet under warm water

Add sour cream, fresh dill, and sherry wine to the sauce – mix well – set aside

Prepare egg noodles according to directions on the package (and drain)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Place contents of Mongolian Beef bag onto a baking sheet & bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees

Add 1 Teaspoon of oil into large skillet and saute onion over high heat until liquid evaporates

Add mushrooms and bell pepper and saute for 2 minutes

Add the sauce to the vegetables and heat for an additional 1 minutes

Turn off the heat on the stovetop.  Add in baked beef to the skillet and mix well.

Serve over noodles

Mongolian Beef, Broccoli, & Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients:

1 Box 18 oz (or 1/2 clubstore 40 oz size box) Crazy Cuizine Mongolian Beef (frozen)
1 Broccoli Crown (or the equivalent)
1 Medium size Onion (cut into strips)
1 bag Egg Noodles (8oz)



Directions:

Place contents of Mongolian Beef bag onto a baking sheet & bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees

While baking beef, cook Noodles in a large pot of water until tender (follow instructions on noodle bag)

Once cooked, drain noodles well, return to pot, and add 1 teaspoon of oil to coat

At the same time, add 1 teaspoon of oil into large fry pan, and saute Broccoli & Onion for 6 minutes

Add the Mongolian Beef sauce (included in Crazy Cuizine box) to Vegetables and cook 1 more minute

Finally, turn off the heat for the fry pan, and combine Beef, Vegetables, and Sauce – stir well

Shanghai Dumpling Soup

Ingredients:

1 Box 20 oz Crazy Cuizine® Chicken Potstickers

Shanghai Broth
20 gm Olive oil, extra virgin164 gm Pork belly, 1” diced
2244 gm Water
36 gm Chicken base, Ventura Foods
31 gm Vegetable base, Ventura Foods
95 gm Green onions, chopped (white parts only)
14 gm Ginger, minced, Christopher Ranch
8 gm Garlic, minced, in oil, Christopher Ranch
80 gm Shiitake mushroom, fresh, sliced
20 gm Shaoxing rice wine
16 gm Black vinegar
1.5 gm White pepper, ground
10 gm Roasted sesame seed oil, Ajinomoto



Directions:
  1. Preheat large stockpot. Add olive oil.
  2. Add pork belly and brown.
  3. Add water all the way through white pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer for 10–15 minutes
  5. Remove from heat, chill below 40°F.
  6. Place in Cambro, cover and keep refrigerated until ready for use.

YIELD: 1 ½ gallons
